Responsible AI Policy

Overview

DrawMagic uses artificial intelligence to help home buyers visualise interior design transformations, generate floor plans, and render architectural imagery. We are committed to using AI responsibly, transparently, and in a manner that respects the rights and safety of all users.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited when using DrawMagic's AI features:

  • Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity
  • Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery, including depictions of harm to people or animals
  • Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group
  • Deceptive or misleading imagery intended to misrepresent real properties, construction quality, or safety features
  • Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Content that depicts illegal activities or encourages illegal behaviour
  • Personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without consent

Safety Filters

All AI-generated content passes through multiple safety layers:

  • Input filtering: User-submitted images and prompts are screened for prohibited content before processing.
  • Model-level safety: Our AI providers (Google Vertex AI, Gemini) include built-in safety classifiers that reject harmful content during generation.
  • Output review: Generated images are checked against content policies before being delivered to users.
  • Rate limiting: Per-user daily limits prevent automated abuse of AI features.

Enforcement Ladder

Violations of this policy are handled through a graduated enforcement process:

Level 1 — Warning

First violation: the user receives a warning notification explaining which policy was breached. The violating content is removed.

Level 2 — Temporary Restriction

Repeated violations: AI features are temporarily restricted for 24–72 hours. The user is notified and may appeal.

Level 3 — Account Suspension

Serious or persistent violations: the account is suspended pending review. Remaining credits are preserved during suspension.

Level 4 — Permanent Ban

Severe violations (e.g., CSAM, threats): the account is permanently banned. Remaining credits are forfeited. Law enforcement may be notified if required.

AI Limitations & Transparency

  • AI-generated imagery is illustrative only and does not represent exact construction outcomes, materials, or dimensions.
  • Floor plans generated by AI are conceptual and must be reviewed by a licensed architect before construction.
  • Colour accuracy, lighting, and material textures in AI renders may differ from physical reality.
  • DrawMagic does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or constructability of any AI-generated design.

Your Data & Model Training

We do not train AI models on your private images. Your uploaded photos, floor plans, and generated renders are used solely to provide the service you requested. They are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Our AI processing is performed via third-party APIs (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) under their data processing agreements, which also prohibit using customer data for model training.

Reporting & Appeals

If you believe AI-generated content violates this policy, or if you wish to appeal an enforcement action:

  • Report content: Email safety@drawmagic.in with the content URL and a description of the concern.
  • Appeal enforcement: Email appeals@drawmagic.in within 14 days of the action. Include your account email and reason for appeal.
  • We aim to review all reports and appeals within 5 business days.
